Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges. Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings. Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with local building codes. Communicate project progress with project managers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor. Demonstrated experience managing retail construction projects (ground-up and/or renovations). Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and quality control. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to jobsite safety. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
