What You'll Do - Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and inspect their property. - Provide accurate estimates and recommend roofing solutions that best fit the customer's needs. - Build trust through honest communication and an exceptional customer experience. - Guide homeowners through the sales process from the initial consultation to project completion. - Follow up consistently with customers to answer questions and keep projects moving forward. - Generate your own leads while working company-provided opportunities. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company software. - Stay up to date on roofing products, installation methods, and industry best practices. - Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. What We're Looking For - Sales experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed goals. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. - Comfortable working in a field-based environment and meeting with homeowners. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
