Warehouse Associate All Shifts Available - $21-$22 an Hour

Position Overview

Join a fast-paced, high-performance team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a critical role in supporting machine operators and keeping operations running efficiently. Work in a modern, newly built facility equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators by supplying materials to equipment
• Maintain a sense of urgency while working safely in a fast-paced environment
• Minimize scrap waste and ensure proper sorting, tagging, and disposal
• Transport scrap materials when containers are full
• Perform light janitorial duties such as:
  • Sweeping floors
  • Removing trash
  • Support overall production flow and maintain workplace cleanliness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-speed packaging experience
• Ability to accurately read measuring tape and rulers
• Basic shop math skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Experience in packaging, labeling, and production environments
• Strong ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
