Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist credential
• Previous experience working within PreK-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies and data-driven decision making

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments as needed
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and behavioral interventions
• Support crisis intervention and response as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical, legal, and procedural requirements
• Promote social-emotional learning and school-wide wellness initiatives
