Transactional Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its transactional practice in Washington, DC. Collaborate with a team to provide legal support to lenders and loan servicers. Engage in legal research and drafting of documents. Participate in client meetings and negotiations. Requirements 1 to 4 years of legal experience in a relevant field. Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC or New York, or eligible to waive into either jurisdiction. New law school graduates with a demonstrated interest in the field are encouraged to apply. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
