Compensation Details:
- Compensation:
- Sign-On Bonus
- $40,000
- Salary guarantee during onboarding (2 to 4 months depending on experience) at $13,077 monthly
- Base Compensation (Full Time)
- $320,000 - $400,000+
- Physician picks compensation tier after onboarding (based on experience)
