RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SHOP MANAGER

This is a blue collar leader spending the majority of time in shop leading from eyes-on-production Partner with an Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems Understands business financials and meet financial goals Spend time training in each department in existing markets before taking on Store Manager responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES

Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule A minimum of 2‑5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.
