Beloit Health System is looking to add a Per Diem Guest Service Ambassador to our NorthPointe EVS Team!Shift: VariedSchedule: VariesHours per week: Varied – Per DiemBenefits Status: Limited BenefitsDepartment: NorthPointe Environmental ServicesThe GSA is responsible for ensuring that guests (patients, members, and clients) of NorthPointe Health and Wellness experience a delightful first impression in terms of greeting, way finding assistance, environmental safely, and cleanliness. NorthPointe Health and Wellness Guest Services Ambassadors will play a fundamental role in establishing and sustaining guest loyalty.Maintains the Northpointe Health and Wellness facility in a sanitary and attractive condition.Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, treatment rooms, and common areas.Has a complete knowledge of the facility, staff, services and hours of operation.Represents NorthPointe to guests, members and the community in a positive, supportive manner.Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.Replenish supplies including towels, toiletries, disinfecting wipes, paper products, and guest amenities.Collect and properly dispose of trash and recycling.Maintain cleanliness of spa relaxation areas, reception spaces, studios, and employee areas.Launder, fold, and organize towels, robes, and linens as needed.Ensure locker rooms and shower areas remain clean, sanitary, and fully stocked.Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.JOB REQUIREMENTSHigh school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.Experience in environmental maintenance is desired.CPR certification within 90 days of hireMust be able to organize and prioritize multiple demands and to problem solve.Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
