About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program to establish and lead a high-performing division in Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering measurable statewide implementation impact, developing local capacity, and generating regional revenue. This role is pivotal as the company partners with the Tennessee Department of Education to provide statewide technical assistance. The VP will be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and impact of all services, and must ensure that technical assistance builds sustainable capacity. Key responsibilities include setting the vision and strategy for the company's work in Tennessee, maintaining executive accountability, and overseeing a coherent service model. The VP will also be tasked with building and managing a diverse, high-performing implementation team, as well as generating sustainable revenue through strategic partnerships. Applicants for the Vice President of Program position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' experience in K-12 education, with a minimum of 4 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in setting vision and direction, allocating and managing resources, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teams. Functional expertise in areas such as RTI/MTSS, inclusive instruction, and special education is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in regional growth and partnership development, including a successful history of generating revenue. The VP will be expected to represent the company credibly with senior external stakeholders and to lead divisional planning that aligns with the organization's overall strategy.
