What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care for critically ill ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve repair/replacement, and aortic dissection cases
• Manage patients on PA catheters, balloon pumps, and those recovering from transplant surgeries (liver, kidney, heart, lung, pancreas)
• Use Epic to document patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Handle post-surgical and complex ICU patient situations, including continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Respond to emergencies and assist with float duties across ICU units as needed
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols specific to critical care

What You Need:

• Valid Louisiana RN license or proper credentials in the state of Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, with preference for SICU or transplant recovery background
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH required
• Ability to work flexible, night 3x12-hour shifts and handle high-acuity patient care
