Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality in the distribution environment. The role focuses on coordinating workload, maintaining policy compliance, and driving accuracy in outbound shipments while coaching staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
