In this role you will get to analyze, design, and develop computer software required to support hardware or technical service products.What You'll Be Doing:Supports program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.Builds innovative, robust, and efficient software solutions as a major contributor to a teamPlays a role in overall functional strategic planningInvestigates and resolves defects related to the developed software systems.Oversees the quality of test activities during the release of products to production.Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field8+ years of related professional experienceProficiency in object-oriented software design, containerization, and CI/CD deploymentsAbility to demonstrate advanced subject matter expertiseAdvanced technical and operational proficiency in software engineeringAdvanced knowledge of software engineering principles and practicesAdvanced written and oral communications skillsAbility to troubleshoot production issues, under pressure and/or deadlinesProficient in developing software in one or more operating systems environment (Windows, Linux, etc)Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAdvanced time management and organizational skillsMust be a US citizenPreferred Qualifications:A SECRET Clearance (or higher preferred)​Security Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
