Brainard Ave, Countryside, IL 60525 inside Salem Square Shopping Center — a high-traffic shopping destination with Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Cleaner Depot and more. Huge daily foot traffic = steady walk-ins all day! Why stylists love working here: No chair rental — Just show up and serve steady walk-ins every day Strong earning potential — Base pay + tiered product commissions (10% up to $100, then 20% after) + productivity bonuses (over 2.7 cuts/hr) + great tips Full-time stylists typically earn $55,000 – $75,000+ per year (top performers hit $28 – $40+ per hour) Flexible scheduling Free ongoing training through Great Clips University Fun, supportive team culture Whether you’re experienced or newer, this is a fantastic opportunity to do what you love, stay busy in a high-traffic shopping center, and earn solid income without the stress of booth rent or slow days.
