Candidate will be working on the rates sales desk and would be responsible for a range of sales & support activities. The overall objective of this role is to assist the New York sales team in rates while growing the individual's market and product knowledge. Job Duties: Ideally 1-2 years of experience working in Sales & Trading (Analyst) Working with other New York team members to help facilitate trade execution process, providing information to clients, and assist with other tasks in a timely manner Distributing trade recaps and working with trade support to ensure trades are captured in a timely manner Working with the client valuations team to distribute month end valuations to account Helping in the client onboarding process Participating in client entertainment Nomura Competencies Explore Insights & Vision Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
