Swim Instructor – Consistent Hours, Small Classes

SafeSplash Swim School – Grand Prairie, TX

We are seeking reliable, professional swim instructors who enjoy working with children and value a stable, structured, low-drama workplace . This role is ideal for individuals who value steady part-time work and enjoy teaching in a calm, organized environment.

• Small class sizes (3 students per instructor)
• Consistent, fixed weekly schedule
• Approximately 25+ hours per week
• Indoor pool facilities
• Structured lesson plans provided
• Supportive, organized management

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months through adults
• Follow curriculum and safety protocols
• Create a calm, positive learning environment
• Communicate professionally with parents when needed
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance
• Work as part of a respectful, team-oriented staff

• Must know how to swim, especially ALL 4 strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, BreastStroke, Butterfly.
• Consistent and dependable attendance is required
• Comfort working with children
• Calm, patient, professional demeanor
• Ability to follow structure and routine
• Prior teaching, childcare, coaching, or swim experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• No rotating schedules
• No last-minute shift changes
