SERVPRO® Franchise employees are not employed by, jointly employed by, agents of, or under the supervision or control of Servpro Franchisor, LLC, in any manner whatsoever.Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefitsWe offer a range of benefits including:401(k) matchingBonus based on performanceCompany partiesCompetitive salaryDental insuranceFree uniformsHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentVision insuranceCompetitive compensationPaid trainingUniforms providedPersonal development opportunitiesEquipment and tools providedSuperior benefitsCareer progressionProfessional developmentAnd more!Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.Evaluating and performing restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.Effectively communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.Performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-up.Position RequirementsTo qualify for this position, you should have:A valid driver's licenseWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.IICRC certification is a plus.Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesYou should possess the following skills and physical abilities:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
