RemX is recruiting for a Service Coordinator - National Accounts on behalf of a respected organization located in North Charlotte, NC . This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating service activities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional support from start to finish.

Location: North Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Position Summary

The Service Coordinator serves as a central resource for customers, technicians, and internal departments, helping to ensure service requests are handled efficiently and accurately. This individual will oversee scheduling activities, facilitate communication among stakeholders, track service progress, and support the successful completion of customer requests.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and status updates.
• Coordinate service schedules and assign work to field personnel to ensure timely response and completion.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding service timelines, progress updates, and completed work.
• Manage customer service portals and internal systems to accurately track requests and service activity.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed records related to customer interactions, service events, resource allocation, and project activity.
• Work closely with field teams, operations, sales, and leadership to support seamless service execution.
• Monitor active service requests and proactively address potential scheduling or service challenges.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate urgent service needs and ensure all parties remain informed throughout the process.
