Digital Marketing Specialist Location: On-site in Bradenton, FL Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Compensation: Based on experience We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Bradenton team. This role will help grow our online visibility, create useful content, and generate qualified leads across traditional search, answer engines, AI-powered search, and social channels. You will work closely with leadership and internal team members to plan, create, publish, measure, and improve marketing initiatives. The right candidate understands SEO , AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)—and knows how to turn customer questions into clear, credible content that performs. Responsibilities Create and repurpose content for web pages, blogs, email, social media, video, and other digital channels. Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and search-intent research. Optimize content for SEO, including page structure, metadata, internal linking, local-search opportunities, and clear calls to action. Use AEO and GEO principles to improve visibility across answer engines, featured snippets, AI-powered search results, and generative AI experiences. Build and maintain a content calendar, including topics, formats, deadlines, publishing schedules, and distribution channels. Work with the team to identify what to post, where to publish it, and when to post based on audience behavior and campaign goals. Track traffic, rankings, engagement, leads, and conversions; share findings and recommendations with the team. Stay current on search, AI-search, content, and social-media best practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related role. Hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, search intent, content optimization, and performance reporting. Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI-powered search, answer engines, featured snippets, and FAQ-style content. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-planning skills. Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword-research tools. Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate effectively, and work in an on-site team environment. Portfolio or examples of relevant content, SEO work, campaigns, or measurable results. Preferred Qualifications Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, schema/structured data, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimization. Experience marketing professional, legal, financial, insurance, healthcare, or other trust-based services. Experience with email marketing, CRM, social scheduling, video, or graphic-content tools.
