Roofing Installation & Service Manager

Job Description

C&L Ward is seeking an experienced Roofing Installation & Service Manager to oversee our residential asphalt shingle roofing department and exterior service technicians. As an Owen's Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, we take pride in quality workmanship and dependable service. This hands-on management role splits time between office coordination and field support.

Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontracted roofing crews, monitor job progress, and ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer requirements
Visit job sites to inspect workmanship, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on installation or repair support
Direct and support our installation crews and repair technicians
Coordinate with internal teams on schedules, materials, job scope, updates and changes
Communicate with homeowners about installation progress, service needs, and resolutions
Review and maintain work orders, job photos, inspection notes, and completion paperwork
Reinforce safe work practices and follow through on outstanding repairs, punch-list items, and callbacks

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on knowledge of residential asphalt shingle roofing installation, repair, and leak diagnosis
Exterior repair and siding experience
Leadership skills, professional communication and organization
Proficiency with computers and digital job records
Must be able to work on roofs, ladders, and perform hands-on installation and repair tasks
