Manufacturing Associate

job summary:
Join a top-tier global life sciences leader in Plainville, MA, as a Manufacturing Associate. This 9-month contract role operates on a Flex 12 rotating night shift (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM). Spending 90% of your time in manufacturing suites, you will play a vital role in executing biopharmaceutical production processes within a highly regulated environment.

responsibilities:

• Execute standard operating work instructions and maintain accurate batch and inventory records in compliance with GDP.
• Operate biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and perform semi-routine production assignments under minimal supervision.
• Inspect finished products to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to Quality Management Systems, assisting with operational documents, nonconformances, and CAPA closures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhering to cleanroom gowning and strict GMP regulations (no piercings/polish).

 
qualifications:
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or a laboratory setting.
• Technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, principles, and processes.
• Strong understanding of current GMP guidelines, safety standards, and operational documentation.
• Ability to aseptically and/or sterile gown, wear required PPE, and work around dry ice or cryogenics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and pass vision assessments.

Preferred:

• Direct experience working within a cGMP environment.
