Implementation Manager

Payroll Solutions

Responsibilities The Implementation Manager will oversee the technical application design, construction, and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, developing ongoing plan operations as needed, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries as well as monitoring projects and plans to ensure implementations are processed efficiently. Lead a small implementation team Manage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope Ensure clients receive the best implementation experience and guidance throughout the process and are implemented in a timely and efficient manner Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients Organize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process Bring in Subject‑Matter Experts (SME) to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking and additional ancillary products Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before transition to Customer Service Follow defined project plan to effectively implement additional HCM services Communicate all steps and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with client and team Schedule and complete necessary new client on‑site, telephone, or internet training to customer's satisfaction Manage client relationship and provide primary client service throughout implementation What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
