Mechanical Assembler Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Read, interpret and following basic blueprints, air and hydraulic schematics, bill of materials, and other written instructions
- Utilize hand held tools such as standard and metric wrenches, etc.
- Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery
- Troubleshooting and repairing issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and other equipment
Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, bills of materials, and written instructions.
- Proficiency using hand and power tools, including standard and metric wrenches.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components and systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and industrial equipment is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a self-motivated team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track components and information accurately.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
