Insurance Sales Representative

Responsibilities: • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • We believe in having a work-life balance and freedom for you and your family! We use one-on-one mentorship • We have leads sent directly to your phone • No cold calling, No door knocking, No relying on referrals only Qualifications: • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license • Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do) • No felonies • Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn it if you put in the work • Trainable • Coachable Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly commission based
