Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory care and treatment to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust as necessary
• Conduct diagnostic testing (e.g., ABG analysis, pulmonary function tests)
• Work closely with physicians and medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred
• Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
