Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Telemetry - Intermediate Care (PCU Step Down) position requiring active MI licensure and Cerner EMR experience.

Details

• Works in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU/PCU Step Down)
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours)
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
• Uses Cerner EMR system

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Prevention First certification required (30-minute on-demand training)
• Must meet required experience for the position
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number (full or last 4 digits) and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to intermediate care/step-down patients transitioning from ICU
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Must confirm any prior employment history with the facility or health system prior to consideration
• Returning permanent employees require additional approval prior to consideration
• Change of agency representation is not permitted once submitted

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
