Responsibilities Assist with customer outreach and promotional communication initiatives. Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner. Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects. Assist with customer follow-ups and ongoing communication. Help prepare and organize promotional materials and presentation resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service team members. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
