Work full-time hours providing 1:1 or classroom support, primarily with early childhood students. Your role will be essential in guiding young learners and assisting teachers in daily activities, setting the stage for successful academic journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with providing both 1:1 and small group or classroom support
• Ability to build rapport with early childhood-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding and following individualized education plans (IEPs) is a plus
• Flexibility and reliability to support various classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance and educational support to students under teacher supervision
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Assist with classroom management, daily routines, and instructional activities
• Foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment tailored to early childhood needs
• Offer individualized support to students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
• Encourage positive behavior and help with personal care or mobility as needed
