(This rate includes the shift differentials and the $2.00/hrly.)The posted pay range contains shift differentials. Registered Nurses (RN's) are eligible for additional compensation based on the shifts worked.Weekday evening shift - additional 10% plus $2.00 per hourWeekday night shift - an additional 15% plus $3.00 per hourWeekend day shift – an additional 10%Weekend evening & night shifts – an additional 21%The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Responsibilities:Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.Licensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing.
