This hybrid leadership role oversees global shared services accounting operations, drives process improvements and system initiatives, and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance. The organization offers a collaborative culture, strong work-life balance, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.Responsibilities:* Lead global shared services accounting operations and oversee key financial close activities* Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving operational excellence* Partner with cross-functional leaders to support financial reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives* Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support finance transformation efforts, including ERP initiatives* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance accounting processes and drive continuous improvementRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field* CPA, public accounting experience, and large-scale systems implementation experience are preferred* 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience* Experience leading accounting operations, managing teams, and driving process improvements* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practicesJob TypeDirect HireCompensation160000 - $175000
