Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Day Shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Float Position | Local candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Float across units as assigned to meet census and staffing needs
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility scheduling expectations, including no more than three days of time-off requests during the assignment and no holiday time-off requests

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or multistate compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to float to multiple units as needed
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
• Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in float or multi-unit assignments
