Multiple full-time positions are available in the York, PA area, delivering direct services to school-age students or young learners in early intervention.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Pennsylvania SLP License and PA Teaching Certification (must be included with your application)
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs), provided agency covers supervision requirements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Must provide all necessary documents with your application; SLPAs are not eligible

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy onsite to students, supporting both general and autism support programs
• Manage a caseload in either elementary (K-12) or early intervention (ages 3-5) settings
• Conduct appropriate evaluations, maintain compliance documentation, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and IFSPs
• Participate in case management as needed
• Dedicated time allotted weekly for paperwork and administrative duties
