This role is essential to our success — ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. From apparel and tech accessories to golf equipment, bags, and home goods, the products you touch every day are shipped globally and used by some of the world's most recognizable brands as part of their marketing campaigns and corporate gifting programs.In recognition of our culture and people, Brand Addition was voted a "Best Place to Work" by PPAI in 2025 — a reflection of the pride, accountability, and teamwork we bring to what we do every day.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick products according to order specifications, ensuring correct item, quantity, and qualityOrganize picked products onto carts with appropriate paperwork and prioritize placement in the packing linePack outbound shipments to ensure they are accurate, secure, damage?free, and presentableIdentify and report inventory discrepancies or quality issues to managementProcess domestic shipments via FedEx and UPS (offline shipping systems)Prepare and ship international orders, ensuring proper documentationTrack and report time and productivity accuratelyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all timesAssist with physical inventory countsCross?train and support other warehouse areas as needed, providing backup coverage during absences or vacationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the dayComputer literacy and comfort working with shipping systemsStrong attention to detail — accuracy matters hereExcellent time management and organizational skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsA strong work ethic — dependable, accountable, and punctualAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamHigh?energy mindset and comfort working in a fast?paced environmentPrior experience shipping FedEx, UPS, and/or international orders is a plusWhy You'll Love This Job:You'll stay active — not stuck behind a desk.
