Radiation Therapist - Radiation Oncology

Description Utilizes his/her technical abilities to simulate and/or deliver a course of radiation therapy as prescribed by a radiation oncologist. Required Qualifications: A graduate of a radiation therapy technology program, accredited by the Joint Review Committee in Radiologic Technology Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy One of the following: Hired as a new graduate - up to 2 years experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 3 years of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist --or-- Hired with 2 years - up to 5 years experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 2 years of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist --or-- Hired with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 1 year of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist Why Join Providence Swedish? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
