  Location: Dallas, TX

  Description of the role:

  As a Service Writer at Park Cities Auto Care, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the service process.

  Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to determine their service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
  • Provide accurate service quotes and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interactions
  Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry
