This role ensures that materials are accurately compounded according to specifications and that production machines are supplied with the necessary materials for continuous operation.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh and mix raw materials according to specified formulas and procedures for various finished goodsEnsure pouching machines are continuously supplied with the correct materials to maintain production flowMonitor the quality of compounded materialsMaintain accurate material usage records, batch numbers, and production dataPerform routine cleaning of mixing equipment and work areasWork closely with machine operators, quality control staff, and other team members to ensure efficient production processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to operate basic hand tools and measuring devicesAbility to work well in a team environmentOfficial Contact InformationEmail: All official emails will come from an @Swisher.com addressWebsite: Verify job listings and contact details on We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
