Retention Bonus: Up to $7,500 for CDL-A drivers. Referral Bonus: $3,000 for referring other CDL-A drivers. Pay Structure: Compensation based on hourly rates, mileage, stops, and cases. Routes: Local and regional, with early evening dispatch and overnight deliveries. Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition. Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries. Drive the tractor-trailer to designated locations, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills. Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions. Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate: Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A). Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer. Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards. This role requires proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to effectively perform job-related tasks, including following work instructions and safety protocols. Are You a Good Fit?
