Family Support Trainer I

Position Title: Family Support Trainer I Position Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) About the Role The Family Support Trainer, Level I, for the DCBS Employee Training Program (FS Trainer I) will manage the planning, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions in DCBS Family Support and will deliver family support-focused content, supporting trainees through applied learning strategies in assigned areas, following established lesson plans and curricula. The FS Trainer I will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI Training Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, FS Trainers may assist with or manage special training requests. Travel in the Northern Kentucky region will be required for this position.
