Sentara is hiring a Food Service Worker as a Dishwasher and Utility Worker for Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, in Virginia Beach.

Shift: Part Time, 24 hours per week. Shifts will be a combination of rotating 8 hour shifts of all shifts including:

• 6am-2:30pm
• 7am-3:00 pm
• 12:30pm-9:00pm

All shifts are rotating. Every other weekend is required. Up to $250 sign on bonus offered for qualified candidates!

Job Profile Summary: Food Service Workers are essential members of the food services team who offer support to the team and contribute in multiple ways, such as delivering nutritious meals and providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. This position entails various responsibilities, including but not limited to preparing and assembling food according to dietary guidelines, safety and customer preferences, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, washing dishes, working as a cashier, meeting utility needs, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. As a Food Service Worker with Sentara, you work in the different aspects of delivering food to the patients.

Education: HSD/GED required if no experience. Experience accepted in lieu of degree.

• Prior dishwasher experience strongly preferred
• Prior food serving/dining service experience preferred
