Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room to ensure optimal conditions for every procedure
• Maintaining sterile fields and following stringent infection control protocols
• Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants with instruments and supplies during operations
• Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after all procedures
• Overseeing supply inventories to ensure complete readiness for each surgical intervention
• Working in partnership with nursing staff, anesthetists, and other surgical personnel for integrated care
• Conducting accurate surgical documentation and counts

Education Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certifications Required:

• Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory
• BLS certification (or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of hiring)
