Security Supervisor

As Security Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, manage daily security operations, coordinate team scheduling, and respond swiftly to incidents to maintain peace of mind across our property. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help prevent risks and ensure smooth, secure experiences for all.

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 - $25.20 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the Security team to deliver top-notch safety services

• Monitoring advanced surveillance systems and coordinating rapid incident responses

• Conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential hazards

• Preparing detailed reports and shift summaries to keep management informed

• Providing first aid and emergency assistance when needed

• Managing dispatch communications

• Coordinating team scheduling

• Collaborating with management on security strategies and special projects

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Active Driver's License with no violations in the past three years

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

• Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods and walk long distances

• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight

• Proficiency in basic computer skills

• Previous security experience preferred
