They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Compensation Tools, resources, and training enable technicians to make over $48 per hour. Base salary and bonus program; top technicians earn over $100,000 per year. 2 weeks Paid Time Off for new hires.
