Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Alameda, CA, United States Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $60-65 per hour Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a team in Alameda, CA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60-65 per hour. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client needs
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve speech, language, and communication skills at home and in other settings
• Stay current with new research, techniques, and developments in the field of occupational therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and billing information

Qualifications: - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with a diverse population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication purposes
