Project Manager / Estimator

We are partnering with a leading glass and glazing contractor in the Milwaukee area who is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of exciting commercial glazing projects with a well-established and respected business. Key Responsibilities: Manage glass and glazing projects from bid through completion Prepare detailed estimates and take-offs for commercial glazing systems Oversee project budgets, schedules, and procurement Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and installation teams Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Requirements: 5+ years of experience in glass and glazing or commercial construction Strong estimating and/or project management background Knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, or architectural glazing systems preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Strong pipeline of secured projects Clear progression opportunities within the business Supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
