Your leadership, culinary knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail will enhance profitability and ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sous chefs in managing kitchen operations and supervising the team
- Adhere to recipes, utilize proper knife techniques, and implement cooking methods to maintain consistency
- Engage with customers by sharing your culinary insights and suggesting meal ideas using products from various store departments
- Oversee employee performance, including training, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a prep or line cook
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and evenings.
