Veteran Outreach & Housing Stability Coordinator
Family Promise Big Bend
Family Promise of the Big Bend seeks a Veteran Outreach & Care Coordinator to act as the first contact for veterans seeking services. The role conducts outreach in assigned counties, partners with agencies and community groups, and manages client intake through stabilization, including eligibility screening and housing/employment referrals. The position includes crisis de-escalation, collaboration with VA and CoC partners, and development of Housing Stability Plans, with travel across rural #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Promise Big Bend
