Creative Content Manager

Join The DART Company — a fast-growing, cannabis accessories brand (0-50 employees) that mixes design-forward products with grassroots community energy. As Creative Content Manager, you'll lead the creative vision and execution that brings our brand to life across retail, ecommerce, social, and in-person activations. This is a hands-on manager role where you'll build and coach a small content team, own the content calendar and campaign strategy, ensure compliant brand messaging for the cannabis-adjacent market, and partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to drive discovery and conversion. If you love shaping distinctive brand stories, directing photo/video shoots, and turning creative ideas into measurable retail results, you'll thrive here. Salary $2500 - $4000 USD per month Required Skills - Must be 21 years of age or older. - 4+ years of content, brand, or creative marketing experience with at least 1–2 years in a management or lead role. - Proven ability to develop and execute omnichannel content strategies (social, email, ecommerce, retail merchandising). - Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen sense for brand voice and product storytelling. - Experience directing photography and video production (in-house or with vendors). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or equivalent tools. - Experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and basic familiarity with HTML/CSS. - Solid understanding of social platforms, community-building tactics, and platform best practices. - Data-driven mindset: experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, native social analytics) and tracking content KPIs. - Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a small-team environment. - Experience creating compliant marketing for regulated or restricted industries and working with legal/regulatory teams to approve content. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills; comfortable hiring and developing creative talent. - Ability to travel occasionally for shoots, events, or vendor visits. Desired Skills - Direct experience in the cannabis industry or cannabis-adjacent accessories/CPG brands. - Hands-on photography or videography skills (shooting and editing). - Experience with influencer partnerships, UGC programs, and creator collaborations. - Paid social and digital advertising experience (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok ads, paid search). - Motion graphics and animation skills. - Packaging copy and product launch experience. - Experience running events, pop-ups, or retail activations. - Familiarity with Shopify apps, email platforms (Klaviyo), and marketing automation. - Bilingual or strong community outreach experience to support diverse markets.
