About the Role We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence. Qualifications Current, active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus) Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn Reliable transportation and consistent availability What You’ll Do Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
