Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists! We are Beacon Hill, founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, located in Clearwater, FL, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team on a project-based, temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist who enjoys working with data, reconciling transactions, and supporting accounting operations. As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside the accounting team helping to: Review and analyze large Excel reports Research and resolve outstanding transactions Monitor open receipt activity and identify items requiring follow-up Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution Update and maintain records within the ERP system Support reporting accuracy and data cleanup initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Perform various related A/P duties as needed This is an incredible opportunity to work for a stable and growing organization while gaining exposure to a large accounting environment and valuable ERP experience.
