ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition through active networking and community presence in Saint Marys.
Coach and inspire junior agents to refine their sales approach and achieve their individual targets.
Analyze regional insurance trends to offer proactive and relevant risk management solutions to our neighbors.
Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts to ensure every policyholder feels truly supported and valued.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales strategy and improve the effectiveness of our outreach.
Maintain high standards of ethical practice and customer advocacy in every interaction.
RequirementsValid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead by example.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and community networking.
High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital tools.
Deep understanding of the local Saint Marys market and regional insurance needs.
