Lumina Agency INC is seeking motivated and dependable Event Setup Staff to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will assist with preparing event venues, organizing equipment, and ensuring every setup meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, staging, décor, and event equipment according to event plans.
• Prepare venues before events and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
• Transport and arrange event materials in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete setups efficiently and on schedule.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow company procedures and event specifications to ensure successful execution.
